- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Annabella Town Council will hold a Town Council meeting on Thursday, September 10, 2020 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Hall located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Business Considerations A. Roll Call B. Opening Remarks C. Pledge of Allegiance II. Appointments A. Devin Squire, final approval to combine lots 1 & 2 in Belle View Estates subdivision III. Council Business A. Approval of minutes B. Approval of warrant register C. Consider adopting the following policies: Ethical Behavior Policy, Fraud Hotline Policy, Credit Card Policy, Conflict of Interest Policy, Cash Receipting and Deposit Policy D. Discuss CARES Act funding and spending requirements IV. Department Business. A. Beautification, Parks & Activities B. Cemetery C. Roads D. Water V. Other Business. VI.
