NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Farr West City will hold A Public Hearing and its Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 Meeting Called to Order – Pledge of Allegiance Public Hearing as Advertised – Discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to re-zone the M&S Holding property located at approximately 2100 North 2700 West, land serial numbers 19-039-0146 and 19-039-0128, from the A-1 Zone to the R-1-15 Zone 1. Close Public Hearing and Proceed with Regular Meeting 2. Public Comments 3. Follow-up and Approval of Minutes dated February 16, 2011 4. Report from Planning Commission 5. Motion – Approval of Home Occupation Business Licenses– Jason Geisler, Tease to Please 6. Motion – Approval of Business License – Packsaddle LLC 7. Motion – Approval of the Re-zone of the M&S Holding Property located at approximately 2100 North 2700 West, land serial numbers 19-039-0146 and 19-039-0128, from the A-1 Zone to the R-1-15 Zone 8.
