PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove Land Use Hearing Officer will hold a Public Hearing for Variances on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Variance from City Code Section 10-9B-4: Lot Width (North Field Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Ronald Nordhagen for a variance from City Code Section 10-9B-4: Lot Width, which requires all lots/parcels in the R1-20 zone to have a lot width of at least 100'. The property is located at approx. 977 W 1930 N in the R1-20 (Single Family Residential) Zone.
