NOTICE AND AGENDA CITY OF WOODLAND HILLS BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT September 29, 2020 Notice is hereby given that the City of Woodland Hills Board of Adjustment meeting on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at 6:00 pm. The Board of Adjustment meeting will be held at the Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, UT 84653. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, will be available via Zoom. A. Business and Discussion 1. Appeal filed by Tannin and Megan Fuja for the City's Administration, Interpretation, and enforcement of the Development and Construction Standards and failure to inspect and enforce compliance with construction plans for the home being constructed and owned by John and Jennifer Adams 1115 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, UT 84653 2. Appeal filed by Tannin and Megan Fuja for the City's Administration, Interpretation, and enforcement of the Development and Construction Standards and failure to inspect and enforce compliance with construction plans for the home being constructed and owned by John and Jennifer Adams 1115 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, UT 84653 or require complete amendment of submitted amended plans to fully comply with the structure as built 3.
