PARAGONAH TOWN REGULAR MEETING 44 NORTH 100 WEST, PARAGONAH TOWN HALL SEPTEMBER 9, 2020 - 7:00 P.M. (Due to Covid-19, 6 feet social distancing measures will be implemented. Facemasks are encouraged.) AGENDA PLEDGE 1. Call meeting to order - Todd Robinson, Mayor 2. Declaration of Conflict of Interest 3. Adopt Agenda- By Motion 4. Approve minutes of August 12, 2020, Regular Meeting - By Motion 5. Discuss new laws enacted by the State Legislature related to providing water to customers outside town boundaries and establishing water rates - Justin Wayment 6. Mayor's Report - Todd Robinson 7. Water Department Report - Mike Abbott a) Discuss and make decision concerning Resolution 20-6, a resolution establishing rate charges, service charges and policies for the operation of the Paragonah Water System. (Amended to include policy when accuracy of meter is questioned and policy concerning disconnection of service for non-payment). 8. Power/Fire Department - Mark Barton a) Discuss and make decision concerning Resolution 20-7, a resolution establishing rate charges, service charges and policies for the operation of the Paragonah Electrical System. (Amended to include policy on disconnection of service for non-payment). 9. Cemetery/Planning and Zoning - Marge Cipkar a) Planning and Zoning Committee meeting report 10. Roads/Park/Building Reports - Trisha Robb 11. Open Discussion 12.
