- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 6:00 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to consider amendments to the Holladay City Zoning Code to create a new Residential Infill (RI) Zone. Due to the current declared State of Emergency, the Holladay City Council will hold virtual meetings until further notice as public gatherings are currently prohibited. This hearing will be held electronically. Information on how to comment and join the meeting can be found on the City's website and on the posted agenda. Interested parties are encouraged to watch the video stream of the meeting on the City of Holladay's Facebook page.
