- 7:00: Welcome Prayer or Thought Pledge of Allegiance Adoption of Agenda Approval of Minutes from August 26th 7:10: Citizen Input 7:15: Final Report on BLM Land (Mark Hurd) 7:20: (1) Consider Mountain Gate 5 phase 1 final plat 7:30: (2) Public Hearing to discuss the Hyde Park Environmental assessment for the two million gallon water tank, transmission line, distribution line, dedicated pumping line and two buster pump stations. 7:35: (3) Discuss the Hyde Park City Master Road Plan 200 South and 800 East (The Council will need to hold a Public Hearing before approving any changes) 7:45: (4) Consider automatic door locks for the City building 8:00: (5) Consider the following policies and forms - Credit Card Policy - Fraud Hotline Policy - Cash Receipting and Deposit Policy - Procurement Policy - Ethical Behavior Pledge Form Departments
