- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held during a regular meeting of the Mapleton City Planning Commission on THURSDAY, September 24, 2020 AT 6:00 P.M. AT THE MAPLETON COMMUNITY CENTER BUILDING, 125 West Community Center Way (400 N.), Mapleton, Utah to consider: 1. Consideration of a request to rezone 1.34 acres located at approximately 100 North 1750 West from General Commercial (GC-1) to Residential-Minor Agricultural (RA-2) and the approval of a 4-lot subdivision. 2. Consideration of a request to rezone 27.19 acres located at approximately 300 West and 350 South from Agricultural-Residential (A-2) to Residential Agricultural (RA-1) with the TDR-R Overlay. The Planning Commission's Agenda may include additional items not included in this Public Notice.
