- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold its work meeting on TUESDAY, September 8, 2020. Meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. Meeting will be held at 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. Due to the COVID-19 recommendations, attendance in person may be limited, as determined by applicable restrictions in place on the meeting date. Residents may participate in the meeting via Zoom. Please call 435-433-6915 or email: eureka15@cut.net for the link at least 3 hours prior to the meeting. Written comments submitted via email at least 3 hours prior to the meeting, which will be read into public record, may be submitted via email to eureka15@cut.net. 7:00 pm 1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 2. ROLL CALL. 3. DISCUSSION ITEMS. a. Kimberly Clements, Questions/Concerns about her Building Permit for an addition onto her home not meeting setbacks. b. Review and Discussion of Eureka City Fee Schedule on what changes need to be made. c. Finalize list of Surplus Property to meet disposal and advertising requirements. d. Discussion on Code Enforcement for Business Licensing & Permits. 4. ADJOURNMENT. 5. EXECUTIVE SESSION. a. Discussion on contracts for water and garbage.
