- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday September 23, 2020 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Terrell Baker for a conditional use for a Level 2 'Home Occupation' to operate a landscaping business out of his home at 130 South 450 East. Tax Id. #10-014-0096.
