IVINS CITY ARTS COMMISSION Agenda Wednesday, September 9, 2020 5:00 pm Ivins City Hall - Council Chambers (main floor) 435-628-0606 Note: the order of the items discussed on this agenda is subject to change Note: Ivins City requires everyone to wear masks while in City Hall 1. Welcome and call to order a. Acknowledgement of a quorum b. Disclosures/conflicts 2. Discussion and potential action items a. Consider approval of the minutes for August 12, 2020 b. Select photographer for updating the Art In Ivins book. c. Finalize the form, 'Request for Ivins City RAP Funds Designated for the Arts.' d. Discuss publication of 'Art Resources in Ivins.' e. Discuss distribution of CARES funds to local galleries and arts organizations. f. Additional items from the Chair / Vice Chair. 3. Reports a. Status for: The Student Art Exhibit; LoveVet Express projects; Arts Month b. Status of recommendations for sculptures in the roundabouts. c. Status of recommendations for the Arts Commission information on the City's website. d. Workplan update e. Next meeting: October 14, 2020 at 5 pm f. Items to be placed on future agendas: i. Review RAP Tax funding results and discuss and consider improvements to the RAP Tax funding process and forms. 4.
