This Public Hearing is being held to receive public comment and discuss with the Garden City residents regarding the following:

2. Ordinance Discussion
a. Ordinance #20-06, an updating the Short Term Rental license requirements regarding parking.
b. Ordinance #20-07, an ordinance updating the transportation, streets and public ways ordinance, regarding restrictions for parking on the city streets.
c. Ordinance #20-08, an ordinance updating the Bear Lake Scenic Trail/Bike Path ordinance.
3. Adjournment
The public is invited to attend and may give written or oral comments.
