NOTICE OF Highland City Planning Commission PUBLIC HEARING The Highland City Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at 7:00 PM, or as soon as possible thereafter, to receive public comment regarding the following item: -King Kevin Yu is requesting rezoning of 4.12 acres of property located approximately at 11200 N 4697 W from R-1-40 to R-1-30. The public hearings will be held in the Highland City Council Chambers located at 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Highland, Utah. If you have any questions concerning this request, please contact the Community Development Department at [801] 772-4506. If you need special accommodation to participate in the meetings, please call the City Recorder's Office at [801] 772-4505. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION NOTICE This meeting will be held as outlined by the State of Utah's guidelines for the Low Risk phase for the COVID-19 pandemic. Individuals, especially those in a high-risk category, are strongly encouraged to participate in the meeting virtually via YouTube live at http://bit.ly/HC-youtube. If individuals participating electronically would like to make a comment during the Unscheduled Public Appearances section of the agenda or during one of the Public Hearings, they may call 1-346-248-7799 and use the Meeting ID:837 5974 0037. Comments may also be emailed to planningcommission@highlandcity.org prior to the meeting. To be posted in the September 5, 2020 Daily Herald paper.
