- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 during a regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6 pm digitally at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88463085582 or by phone at +1 312 626 6799 meeting ID: 884 6308 5582 to discuss the following matters: Request of Nate Doxey for a Commercial Site Plan, consisting of approx. 0.397 acres located at 1532 West 1700 South Request of Colby Anderson for a Rezone from General Commercial (GC) to Climate Controlled Indoor Self-Storage Unit Zone (SU), approx. 0.94 acres located at 1556 South 2000 West Written comments that a member of the public would like to be read during the meeting will be accepted electronically at PlanningDepartment@syracuseut.com or physically (by mail) at 1979 West 1900 South, Syracuse, Utah 84075, and must be received at least five (5) hours before the meeting. Comments received will be read for a maximum of three (3) minutes each and any unread remainder of any comments will be included in the public record. All related documents are available for public review in the Community Development Department and the City website. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
