PUBLIC NOTICE
The Town of Hideout hereby gives notice under Utah Code Section 10-9a-602 that a public hearing has been scheduled for September 17, 2020 at 6:00 PM to discuss the possible recommendation of the Final Plat for the Lakeview Estates subdivision to the Hideout Town Council. The public hearing will be held at the Hideout Town Hall, 10860 N. Hideout Trail, Hideout, Utah 84036. Interested persons may also participate remotely by Zoom at Meeting URL: https://zoom.us/j/4356594739. To join by telephone dial: US: +1 408 638 0986 Meeting ID: 435 659 4739. Copies of the proposed Final Plat will be publicly available on the Town of Hideout's website (www.hideoututah.gov) or by request to the Town Clerk at 435-659-4739. In addition to appearing at the public hearing, interested persons may submit written comments regarding the proposed Final Plat to the Town Clerk at hideoututah@hideoututah.gov. Written comments received up to two business days prior to the public hearing will be considered at the public hearing.

regularly scheduled meeting and Public Hearing for the purposes and at the
times as described below on Thursday, September 17, 2020
This meeting will be an electronic meeting without an anchor location pursuant to Mayor Rubin's August 26, 2020 Determination Letter (attached) and as determined by the Planning Commission Chair
All public meetings are available via ZOOM conference call and net meeting.
