- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Sargent North Subdivision (4 lots) Parcel NS-599-C (5.54 acres), located at 1160 S West Hoytsville Rd, Hoytsville, Summit County, UT Public notice is hereby given that the Eastern Summit County Planning Commission in accordance with the Eastern Summit County Development Code (2018) will conduct a public hearing to discuss a 4-lot Subdivision of Parcel NS-599-C with Highway Corridor (HC) Zone density (as the application was received March 22, 2018).
