Resolution 2020-10 Authorizing and Approving the Execution of an Annually Renewable Lease Agreement between Lynndyl Town and the Lynndyl Building Authority, Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of Bonds, Authorizing Execution of a Master Resolution, Security Documents and other Documents, Authorizing Financing of the Cost of Construction a Fire Station and Related Facilities, Authorizing taking of All other Required Actions. Work release for Sunrise Engineering to provide services for fire station/community center project. ISO insurance survey. Town website. CARES Act funding. Water Department Water operator position.
