KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 10, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. at the Business Resource Center of Davis Technical College, 450 South Simmons Way, Kaysville, UT to consider: The rezone of 0.47 acres of property at 293 East 500 North (shown on the included map) from the R-1-8 (Single Family Residential) to the R-1-6 (Single Family Residential) zone to allow the creation of a new single family lot. The public is welcome to attend in person. Masks are recommended, and all of those in attendance will be required to participate in a socially distant manner. Comments are encouraged to be sent in ahead of the meeting to allow input for review but also to reduce the number of people who may attend in person.
