- 1- Call to order. 2- Roll call. 3- Public Comment. 4- Approval of the minutes August 6, 2020. 5- Discussion and/or approval for local consents for Helper Brewing located at 159 North Main Street. 6- Discussion and possible approval of Ordinance 2020-1 repealing Chapter 5 Alcoholic Beverages and adopting State Statute. 7- Discussion and possible approval of Resolution 2020-6 rental fees for city buildings, parks and special events. 8- Discussion and or approval on wage increase for the Fire Department. 9- Approval for Anthony Cilli to paint mural at the Main Park. 10- Approval on installing gate at City Hall in the amount of approximately $1700.
