- NOTICE & AGENDA Notice is hereby given that East Carbon City will hold a Council Meeting TUESDAY, September 1, 2020, 101 West Geneva Drive, East Carbon, Utah. Meeting to begin promptly at 6:30 P.M. ****Due to COVID-19 the meeting will be held in the Conference Room instead of the Council Chambers. This will ensure we maintain the guidelines specified by the Health Department along with the 6 ft. social distancing. **** The Agenda to be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Roll Call. 3.
