WEST VALLEY CITY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a study meeting to be held on September 8, 2020, at 4:30 p.m. and a public hearing to be held on September 15, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. to discuss: Application #GPZ-4-2020, filed by Rockworth Companies, LLC To amend the General Plan of West Valley City by reclassifying the following described property from Entertainment to to Very High Density Residential (over 20 units per acre) and a zone change from M (Manufacturing) with the Decker Lake Station Overlay Zone to RM (Multiple Unit Dwelling Residential) without the Decker Lake Station Overlay Zone. The property is located at 3036 and 3078 South Decker Lake Dr. on 2.79 acres. Both meetings may be held electronically.
