PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 10th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: The session will be broadcast live via YouTube at the following link: https://www.youtube.com/user/PleasantGroveCity Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 131 N 900 E (Monkey Town Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Clark Johnston for a 2-lot preliminary subdivision plat, called The One Subdivision Plat 'A,' on property located at approximately 131 North 900 East in the R1-9 (Single Family Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 627 W 4000 N (Manila Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Jon Traveller for a 1-lot, 1-parcel preliminary subdivision plat, called Orchard View Subdivision Plat 'B,' on property located at approximately 627 West 4000 North in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 865 Main St. (String Town Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Joe Salisbury for a 1-lot preliminary subdivision plat totaling approximately 5.57 acres, called Fossil Cove Subdivision Plat 'A,' on property located at approximately 865 Main Street in the CS-2 (Commercial Sales-2) Zone. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 865 Main St. (String Town Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Joe Salisbury for a site plan for 11 multi-family residential townhome buildings containing 66 total units, on property located at approximately 865 Main Street in the CS-2 (Commercial Sales-2) Zone. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 865 Main St. (String Town Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Joe Salisbury for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a multi-family project with 66 residential townhome units (Use # 1151) on property located at 865 Main Street in the CS-2 (Commercial Sales-2) Zone.
