- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 1st day of September 2020 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember D. Smith - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held August 18, 2020 2. New Business - Field Trip to Cemetery to Discuss Cemetery Expansion 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Cares Act Money - Nuisance Properties - Vehicles Parked on Town Property Councilmember N. Sparks - August Warrant List - LUDMA - Youth Council Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - Neighborhood Watch - Animal Control Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Parks Department - Town Pavilion Lighting and Tables - Sports Councilmember J. Buttars - Cemetery Department - Emergency Preparedness 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - September 15, 2020 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
