- Lehi City Council Work Session Meeting Agenda September 1, 2020 4:00 PM - Lehi City Council Chambers (153 N. 100 E., Lehi, Utah) 1. Tour of the Waste Management Material Recycling Facility Tour Details: The Council will leave City Hall at 4:00 p.m. on the bus, or drive own vehicle there. The address is 3405 W 900 S, Salt Lake City. The tour will begin at 5:00 p.m. There is a dress code for safety, so no shorts, skirts or open toe shoes.
