August 27, 2020 PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA The Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 27, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S. 100 E., Pleasant Grove, Utah. The Work Session will be held from 6:30 - 7:00 p.m. at the same location. Work Sessions are public meetings; however, no testimony will be heard and no official actions will be taken on items discussed during the work session. Although the public is invited to attend all sessions, public comments are accepted only during the regular business session. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 978 W 1180 N (North Field Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Ronald Christensen for a 1-lot preliminary subdivision plat, called Autumn Grove Subdivision Plat 'D,' on property located at approximately 978 W 1180 N North in the R1-10 (Single Family Residential) Zone. 2. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 1957 W 1100 N (Mud Hole Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Nathan Smith for a site plan for a single-story office building on property located at approximately 1957 West 1100 North in the P-O (Professional Office) Zone. 3. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 1347 W 3300 N (Manila Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Brandon and Katie Greenwood for a 1-lot preliminary subdivision plat, called Stamwood Estates Subdivision Plat 'A,' on property located at approximately 1347 West 3300 North in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone. 5. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at approx. 300 S & Locust Ave. (Scratch Gravel Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Pleasant Grove City for use #7413, pickle ball courts within a proposed park on public land, on property located at approximately 300 South and Locust Avenue, in the R1-8 (Single Family Residential) Zone. 6. Public Hearing: City Code Text Amendment - Section 10-11D-16: Multiple -Family Residential Development Requirements (City Wide) Public hearing to consider amendments to City Code Section 10-11D-16: Multiple -Family Residential Development Requirements, creating a possible commercial/retail only buffer for properties located in the CS-2 Zone with frontage along State Street. **Continued from the 8/13/2020 meeting** Review and approve the minutes from August 13, 2020 Planning Commission Meeting.
