- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Springville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider the following items at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following: 1) Lazarus Investments, LLC, seeking to amend the Land Use Map of the General Plan from Commercial to Medium High Density Residential and the Official Zoning Map from HC-Highway Commercial Zone to RMF-2 Residential Multi-Family Zone on the eastern portion of parcel 23:015:0049 located at approximately 100 E 1400 N; and 2) Springville City seeking an amendment of the Springville City Code Title 11 to include an ordinance to allow Short-term Rental Units in all residential zones; and 3) Springville City seeking a recommendation for the Springville Transportation Master Plan, which includes the IFFP-Impact Fee Facilities Plan and IFA-Impact Fee Analysis.
