NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers at 2700 W. Taylorsville Boulevard on Tuesday, September 8, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. Notice is further given that person(s) wishing to make a public comment may attend the meeting or submit comments via email to jspung@taylorsvilleut.gov, or via phone/voicemail to (801) 963-5400 ext. 3709, no later than thirty (30) minutes prior to the start of the regularly scheduled meeting time. City staff will share submitted comments with the Planning Commission members; all comments received are added to the public record. The following issues will be open to public hearing: Taylorsville City is considering a zoning text amendment to Sections 13.20.020 and 13.26.080 related to maximum flagpole heights and rear yard residential setbacks. File #10Z20. Taylorsville City is considering a zoning text amendment to Sections 13.21.070 and 13.21.080 related to stormwater standards. File #11Z20. Bryon Prince, representing Ivory Homes, is requesting a General Plan map amendment for the property located at 4202 S. Riverboat Road from Business Park to Medium-Density Mixed-Use. File #2G20. Bryon Prince, representing Ivory Homes, is requesting a zoning map amendment for the property located at 4202 S. Riverboat Road from Industrial (ID) to Mixed-Use (MU). File #8Z20. The files are available for public inspection and may be examined during normal business hours at Taylorsville City Hall, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Telephone 801-963-5400.
