PUBLIC HEARING - SURPLUS PROPERTY Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Council will hold a public hearing on September 8, 2020, electronically, commencing at 7:00 p.m. to receive public comment regarding the declaring of the following real property to be surplus: 1120 North 150 West Located on the northeast corner of 1120 North and 150 West this parcel is approximately 0.06 acres. This property is located in the R1-9000 residential zone and is currently grass only and not being utilized. 1190 East and Murdock Drive - Linear Park This includes three parcels and is located at approximately 1190 East and Murdock Drive; it runs along the west side of 1190 East from Murdock Canal to 1350 North. The approximate size of the three parcels is 11,500 square feet and is located in the PR-2.3 Planned Residential zone and the proposed surplus parcel is currently a grassy area. 1340 North 70 West Park Strip This parcel is located at approximately 1340 North and 70 West and is a strip of land from the corner of 1340 North 70 West and goes north approximately 170 feet. The size is approximately 2,000 square feet, is located in the R-1-9,000 Residential zone and the proposed surplus parcel is currently not being utilized. 1400 North 150 West Located at approximately 1400 North and 150 West, this parcel of land is located on the north side of 1400 North and extends to the west approximately 465 feet. The size of the proposed surplus parcel is approximately 6,600 square feet, is in the R1-9000 Residential zone, and is currently not being utilized.
