- Town of Rockville Notice Notice is hereby given that the Rockville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 8th day of September 2020 at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom's online teleconferencing portal to receive public input on the amendments to the Rockville Town Land Use Ordinances and maps and this meeting will have an anchor location at the Rockville Community Center Recreation Hall located at 43 E. Main Street where social distancing and masks will be required. The goal of these amendments was to determine if there was anything in the Town's Code or Ordinances that were not in compliance or alignment with current State and/or Federal Law. The Code needed to be modernized in order to comply with state statutory charges - particularly the 'plain language' mandate. The proposed Rockville Town Land Use Code is available online at the Rockville website https://Rockvilleutah.org or a copy is available at the Town Office. More detailed information regarding all public hearings may be obtained by contacting Town Clerk, Vicki S. Bell at (435) 772-0992 between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Interested persons desiring input into these public hearings are invited to attend the hearing electronically, in person or present their views in writing. Written or email comments should be received no later than 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 8, 2020. Written comments can be addressed to: Town of Rockville, PO Box 630206, Rockville, UT 84763 or emailed to the Town Office at rockville@rockvilleutah.org. The public is invited to participate in all town meetings. If you want to participate in this Town meeting, please call the Town Clerk, Vicki S.
