Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Tooele City Planning Commission will meet in a business meeting scheduled for Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers ofTooele City Hall, located at 90 North Main Street, Tooele, Utah. Agenda 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Roi/Call 3. Public Hearing and Recommendation on a Zoning Map Amendment request from the MU-160 Multiple Use Zoning District to the Rl-7 Residential Zoning District by Ron Hall for 1.51acres located at approximately 600 South Canyon Road. 4. Review and Discussion of the initial draft of the Annexation Policy Plan Element of the Tooele City General Plan revision. 5. Review and Approval of Planning Commission minutes for meeting held on January 8, 2020. 6.
