CENTERVILLE CITY NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND GENERAL PLAN Notice is hereby given that Centerville City intends to prepare a proposed General Plan amendment regarding Section 12-490, Moderate Income Housing-Transportation Element, to comply with State Moderate Income Housing updates. The changes may have a substantial impact on land uses and development in the City. Affected entities or interested parties are invited to provide information for Centerville City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting or amending its General Plan in accordance with Utah Code Ann. § 10-9a-203. More information about this Intent to Amend the General Plan can be obtained by contacting Community Development, at 801-292-8232 or visiting the City's website at www.centervilleut.net. Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Centerville City, in compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, provides accommodations and auxiliary communicative aids and services for all those citizens in need of assistance, including hearing devices. Meetings of the Planning Commission of Centerville City may be conducted via electronic means pursuant to Utah Code Ann. 52-4-207, as amended. In such circumstances, contact will be established and maintained via electronic means and the meeting will be conducted pursuant to the Electronic Meetings Policy established by the City Council for electronic meetings.
