NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 1st, 2020, as close to 6:30 pm. as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to consider an amendment to the Holladay Zone Map from R-1-21 zone to R-1-10 for approximately .91 acres located at 4813 S Viewmont St. Due to the current declared State of Emergency, the Holladay Planning Commission will hold virtual meetings until further notice as public gatherings are currently prohibited. This meeting will be held electronically. Information on how comment and join the meeting can be found on the City's website and on the posted agenda. The proposal is available for public inspection on the City's website, www.cityofholladay.com or during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT.
