NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY PUD MASTER PLAN AND SCHEMATIC PLAN AND REZONE PUBLIC HEARING FARMINGTON CITY The Farmington City Planning Commission is considering a request for Preliminary PUD Master Plan approval and Subdivision Schematic Plan for The Station Planned Unit Development (PUD), with a possible zone change from A (Agriculture) to R (Residential). This phase consists of 52 lots on 10.17 acres of property located in the A and LR (Large Residential) zones, at approximately 850 N Lagoon Drive. On Thursday, September 3 at 7:00 PM, or as soon after as business permits, the Planning Commission will consider the request at a public hearing. This meeting will be held at the City Offices at 160 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah. Farmington City Planning Commission meetings, including this meeting, are open to the public. In consideration of the COVID-19 pandemic, if necessary, members of the public wishing to attend this meeting are also encouraged to view the meeting online.
