Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Plain City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing Thursday, September 10, 2020 at Plain City Hall, 4160 West 2200 North and via ZOOM.US - which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on rezoning property owned by David Herbert, located at approximately 1875 N 4700 W. The Petitioner has proposed that two parcels be rezoned from an A-1 and RE-20 zone, respectively, to an RE-18.5 zone. Interested persons are invited to attend.
