1. Approval of Minutes of the April 22, 2020 May 13, 2020, May 27, 2020 meetings (previously tabled) and July 22, 2020 minutes
2. Case #2020-12: To reduce the required side yard setback from 8' to 2' and eliminate on-site parking requirement for property located at 2939 Pingree Avenue
3. Case # 2020-13: To reduce front, side and rear yard and reduce on-site parking requirements for property located at 3111 Jefferson Avenue.
4. Case #2020-14: To reduce side yard setback from 8'' to 2' and to allow two stacked (tandem) parking spaces at 2250 Jackson Avenue
