Annexation Certification Notification
An Annexation Petition has been filed with Nibley City. Nibley City Council received certification of the Annexation Petition on August 17, 2020. The annexation pertains to 25.86 acres located North of 3200 S, West of 1600 W, and East of the Hyrum Slough. The Annexation Petition contains Parcel 03-014-0025. The complete application is available for inspection and copying at Nibley City Hall. The City Council may grant the petition unless, within 30 days after the City Council received notice of the certified petition, a written protest is filed with the Cache County Boundary Commission and a copy of the written protest is delivered to the City Recorder.
