- PUBLIC NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLEASANT VIEW CITY, UTAH August 25, 2020 Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting through ZOOM on Tuesday, August 25, 2020, commencing at 6:00 PM. We encourage email comments and concerns sent to lhellstrom@pleasantviewcity.com The agenda consists of the following: Pledge of allegiance: Dave Marriott Opening Prayer, Reading or Expression of Thought: Dave Marriott Read the Electronic Meeting Determination for conducting a meeting w/o an anchor location: Leonard Call Declaration of Conflicts of Interest Comments/Questions for the Mayor & Council (public) Consent Items: - Minutes of August 11, 2020 - Bills of Pleasant View City Business: 6:05 P.M. 1. Discussion and possible action to approve the escrow agreement for Serenity Subdivision located at approximately 650 W and Pleasant View Dr. Applicant: Mark Green. (Presenter: Jill Hunt) 6:15 P.M. 2. Discussion to consider entering into an agreement with Connection Publishing for the official magazine of Pleasant View City. (Presenter: Mayor Call) 6:30 P.M. 3. Presentation on the subdivision process. (Presenter: Bill Cobabe) 7:00 P.M. 4. Closed Meeting discuss security systems. 7:30 P.M. 5. Closed Meeting. 6. Discussion and possible action from the closed meeting. Other Business Adjournment The City Council at their discretion may change the order and times of the agenda items. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for these meetings should call the Pleasant View City Office at 801-782-8529, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
