PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday September 1, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, to consider the following item(s): Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance to apply the R1-8 (Single Family Residential) Zone to approximately 2.98 acres on property currently zoned R-R (Rural Residential) Zone and R1-10 (Single Family Residential) Zone, located at approximately 920 West 1100 North. (James A. Hancock Applicant) (NORTH FIELD NEIGHBORHOOD) Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance amending City Code Section 10-9B-7-F2: Single Family Residential, Height Considerations for accessory structures, eliminating the conditional use requirements and modifying the qualifying provisions for the height of accessory structures in all the R-1 (Single Family Residential) Zones. (CITY WIDE) Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance amending City Code Section 10-9A-8-2A, Yard Requirements, eliminating the conditional use requirements for height considerations for accessory structures in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone.
