NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 during a regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6 pm digitally at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85382402937 or by phone at +1 312 626 6799 meeting ID: 853 8240 2937 to discuss the following matters: Request of Michael & Penny Gooch, Andrew & Mekenzie Smith, Andrew & Cami Davis, Daniel & Courtney Lukens, Justin & Katie Brimhall, Heather Schulz, Mark & Nicole Carlson, Markham & Brittany Hyde for a Subdivision Amendment to the Bridgeway Island Subdivision, consisting of approx. 5.475 acres located at approx. 4350 W 1425 S in the R-1 Zone Request of Doug Hammond for a Subdivision Amendment to the Craig Estates HOA, approx. 4.22 acres located approx. 2330 W Craig Lane Request of Toucan Investments for a Rezone from R-1 to R-3, approx. 2.448 acres located at 2889 S 2000 W Written comments that a member of the public would like to be read during the meeting will be accepted electronically at PlanningDepartment@syracuseut.com or physically (by mail) at 1979 West 1900 South, Syracuse, Utah 84075, and must be received at least five (5) hours before the meeting. Comments received will be read for a maximum of three (3) minutes each and any unread remainder of any comments will be included in the public record. All related documents are available for public review in the Community Development Department and the City website. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
