- SALINA CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Salina City Council will be holding a Public Hearing on August 26, 2020, at 6:50 p.m. at Salina City Hall located at 90 West Main, Salina, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning an amendment to the Animal Ordinance Chapter 6.12.090; section B. Proposed amendment is to distance kennels from any adjacent dwellings. A copy of the Ordinance is available at the Salina City Office upon request at 90 West Main, Salina.
