MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, March 17, 2011, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING – THURSDAY, MARCH 17, 2011 – 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Discussion/action on business license for Priority Fitness, LLC, 1920 West 250 North #21. 4. Discussion/action on Ordinance 2011-02 adopting the International Fire Code. 5. Discussion/action on determination whether drainage problems submitted by Wayne Clawson at 2512 West 200 South are public or private. 6. Annual training and updates: a. Open and Public Meetings Act. b. Unlawful Discrimination. c. Annual Disclosures Updates. 7. Officer reports and legislative oversight. 8. Adjourn until April 21, 2011. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner, and faxed/mailed to Weber County, Ogden, Harrisville, Farr West, West Haven, Plain City, Bona Vista Water District, and Central Weber Sewer District. The notice and agenda was also posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor and councilors, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about March 10, 2011. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on Pioneer Road, 3) America First at 12th & 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda.
