NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold an electronic public hearing before the City Council on September 1, 2020, to receive public comment on a request by Draper City for a Text Amendment, known as the City Initiated 2020 Q3 Bulk Text Amendment, for the purpose of amending Draper City Municipal Code Sections 17-5-030, 9-27-150, 9-32-030, 9-3-040, 9-5-090, 9-19-090, 17-2-020, 17-3-020, 9-22-040, 17-1-040, and 17-4-020 in order to modify development access points requirements and reduce or eliminate the requirement for paper submissions with applications.
The hearing will be held at electronically at www.draper.ut.us, on September 1, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6328.
