- WORK MEETING AGENDA OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF LAYTON, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of Layton, Utah, will hold a regular public meeting in the Council Chambers in the City Center Building, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, commencing at 5:30 PM on August 20, 2020. Item: 1. Council Member Report 2. Presentation - Economic Development Website 3. Proposed Amendments to Layton Municipal Code - Title 19, Zoning; Chapter 19.11, Mobile Home Parks and Travel Vehicle Parks; and Chapter 19.12, Off Street Parking 4. Fire Station #4 Update 5.
