NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634. This meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:00 pm. 1) Invocation 2) Vote to approve the expansion of the Gunnison Valley Animal Clinic 3) Public Hearing 7 to 7:30 pm Proposed Approval of the G Hill Area Plan into the City's General Plan - Mayor Nay 4) Discussion and proposed approval of New Business / Day Care Business License - Marci Childs 5) Discuss possible change to swine ordinance for inclusion within city limits - Council Member Rod Taylor 6) Update on Fire Department - importance of ISO ratings and wild land fire planning - Council Member Justen Mellor 7) Pressurized Irrigation Update regarding water shortage with plan determined for resident use - Council and Mayor Nay 8) Discuss Work Space grant opportunities and possible renovation of downstairs space for this purpose - Mayor Nay 9) Update on beautification - Council Member Stella Hill 10) Update on 300 South Street Modification of Right of Way - Mayor Nay 11) Discussion of possible sale with Council Approval of a small section of City Property on Main Street to adjacent landowner - Mayor Nay 12) Proposed Approval of Bills and Adjustments 13) City Business and Future Items 14) Adjourn
