- AGENDA HYRUM CITY COUNCIL MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE HYRUM CITY COUNCIL TO BE HELD ELECTRONICALLY AT 6:30 P.M., AUGUST 20, 2020. THE PROPOSED AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. ROLL CALL 2. CALL TO ORDER 3. WELCOME 4. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 5. INVOCATION 6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 7. AGENDA ADOPTION 8. PUBLIC COMMENT 9. OTHER BUSINESS: A. Consideration and approval of an agreement with Cache County to provide EMS services. B. Discussion on EMS fees. C. Mayor and City Council reports. 10.
