Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF INTENT TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE PURSUANT TO §17C-1-207 Notice is hereby given that the City of South Ogden intends to transfer certain real property currently owned by the City to the South Ogden City Community Development and Renewal Agency as allowed under Utah Code §17C-1-207. The property in question consists of Weber County Parcel 07-082-0027, totaling approximately 0.9 acres. The purpose of the transfer is to enable the Agency to engage in project area development as defined in §17C-1-102(47) on and around the property in question, which will benefit the South Ogden City Center Community Reinvestment Project Area. The City will be considering this matter during its regular City Council meeting on September 1, 2020 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the agenda permits, at South Ogden City Hall located at 3950 Adams Avenue. All interested persons are welcome to attend.
