Dusty Hansen - Business License 12. Scott Wells - Discuss the pending amendment to the conversion of single-family homes to multi-family dwellings. 13. Scott Wells - Discuss retirement benefits for Perry Maughan. 14. Discuss and make decision on the Founders Day activities on September 7, 2020. 15. Discuss Utah League of Cities & Town 2020 Convention September 21-25. 16. Discuss Warranty Deed Restriction paperwork and verbiage. 17. Department reports. 18. City Manager/Recorders report
