- PUBLIC NOTICE Nephi City hereby announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 2.81% for FAA-funded contracts/agreements. The proposed goal pertains to federal fiscal years 2021 through 2023. A teleconference will be August 25, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. via teleconference for the purpose of consulting with stakeholders to obtain information relevant to the goal-setting process. To participate in this teleconference, use the following information: dial 800-747-5150, and enter participant code 6685407#. The proposed goal and rationale are available for inspection between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at Nephi City Offices, 21 East 100 North, Nephi, Utah 84648, for 30 days from the date of this publication.
