- NOTICE OF INTENT TO VACATE A PORTION OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT AND PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that American Fork City will hold a public hearing in conjunction with a regular session on Tuesday, August 25, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. electronically, for the purpose of receiving of public comment regarding the vacating of a portion of the public utility easement at the following locations: - 1051 North 700 West Circle, Lot 25 of Searle Meadows Plat A subdivision. The portion of easement to be vacated is the ten (10) foot easement running parallel to the west lot line. - 1173 East 450 North, Lot 316 of Hansen Ranch Phase 3 subdivision. The portion of easement to be vacated is the south five (5) feet of the ten (10) foot easement running parallel to the north lot line. - 649 North 650 West, Lot 4 Northridge Village PUD Plat F. The portion of the easement to be vacated is the east five (5) feet of the ten (10) foot easement running parallel to the west lot line.
