- PUBLIC NOTICE TO ALL LAYTON CITY RESIDENTS AND INTERESTED PARTIES IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM, LAYTON CITY INVITES ALL INTERESTED PARTIES TO REVIEW THE CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) OF THE U.S. DEPT. OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT CDBG PROGRAM FOR THE PROGRAM YEAR OF 2019-2020. A COPY OF THE REPORT IS AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW AT THE COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT IN THE LAYTON CITY CENTER, 437 NORTH WASATCH DRIVE, LAYTON, UTAH 84041; 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, FROM MONDAY, AUGUST 17, 2020 UNTIL TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2020.
